NYBA’s Combined Retail & Small Business + Trust & Investment Conference provides a unique networking and knowledge development opportunity for New York’s banking professionals. In 2021, NYBA brought together Retail and Small Business bankers with their Trust and Investment colleagues for a conference experience that prioritized teambuilding and collaboration. After reviewing attendees’ evaluations from 2021, it was clear that this was an experience that was eye-opening for those who attended.

We are pleased to offer this experience once again. It all takes place at one of NYBA’s favorite venues, The Sagamore Resort on beautiful Lake George in Bolton Landing, New York. The conference will feature sessions on leadership, motivation, and customer relationships, as well as separate tracks for the in-depth exploration of topics that are exclusively retail- or trust-related.
