LEADERSHIP 360
May 7-8, 2024
Albany Capital Center, Albany, NY

Leadership 360 combines extraordinary content with practical wisdom aimed at inspiring, empowering, and supporting leadership development at all levels so that your teams can grow and thrive in today’s evolving banking industry. This multi-faceted program has something for everyone who seeks skill-building, networking, and fresh ideas to help them meet a variety of workplace challenges.

In 2022, NYBA combined its popular Women in Leadership Summit with our annual Albany legislative program, which gave 200+ women banking leaders and emerging leaders an opportunity to see the workings of the State Capitol firsthand – and to learn how policy issues directly drive the economic and banking decisions that impact our communities. Given the overwhelmingly positive response, NYBA is bringing back the women’s leadership and emerging leaders' event, combined with the Albany Visit, and a program exclusively focused on the state of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in our industry.

NYBA encourages members to send current and future banking leaders to this program as a way to enhance their engagement in public and Association matters, as management’s vote of confidence in their career potential, as a reward for their great work and dedication to excellence at your financial institution.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

The Emerging Leaders track is designed to cultivate, connect, engage and empower New York’s banking industry’s high-potential rising stars. This event will encourage emerging bank leaders to find and express their voices within their organizations, communities and the banking industry and provide opportunities to network and exchange ideas with other industry professionals. It will also increase emerging bank leaders’ knowledge of key contemporary topics and promote involvement in banking policy advocacy.

The Women in Leadership track invites women and their allies at all management levels to advance their leadership skills strategically – to develop key strengths and attributes necessary for leading today’s dynamic financial institutions with confidence.

Back by popular demand, this highly interactive Human Resources Roundtable is open to HR Professionals and bank leaders interested in the latest trends in HR. Topics covered include general employment law update, ways to keep employees engaged, artificial intelligence, and the latest in employee benefits for a multi-generational workforce.

By attending this event you agree to NYBA's Event Policy and Disclaimer.
