Importantly, this is a perfect opportunity to educate lawmakers about all of the work your bank does for the communities you serve. The Albany Visit starts with breakfast and an issues briefing conducted by the NYBA Government Relations team, followed by remarks from some of Albany’s top power players, and concludes with small group visits with individual lawmakers at the Capitol. CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrations cancelled by April 4, 2025 are subject to a charge of $100. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 4, 2025. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. There is no charge for substitutions, please contact NYBA Staff at [email protected] with the names of replacement registrants.

Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 14%) in effect at the time of check in. Please note that room rate does not include parking.

You can reserve your room online at the room block rate to access the group discount. The room block will be held until Wednesday, April 9, 2025. If prior to April 9 the room block is sold out or after April 9  when the room block is released the prevailing hotel rate may be available based on occupancy.

PARKING ARRANGEMENTS 
Discounted Self Parking of $16 per car is available to this group. All parking charges are the responsibility of the individuals who park in the Hotel Parking Garage.
