Community Bank CEO Roundtable

This meeting is exclusively for CEOs of NYBA member banks with assets of up to $8 billion. Participants, limited to just 25 CEOs, will have two days of highly interactive conversation on issues submitted in advance by the participants. As always, there are no outside vendors at this meeting, just bank CEOs and NYBA staff. Spouses and guests are invited, and many enjoy the afternoon and evening group events.
Discussion topics have included: Compliance and Risk Management, Financial/Asset Liability Management, Retail and Business Banking, Mortgage Lending, IT and Cybersecurity, Human Resources, Talent Development, Compensation, and much more. Any challenge or subject of curiosity may be discussed. Past participants have praised this meeting for the many opportunities it provides to share insights and network with peers.
