Next door to Grand Central and nearby to Bryant Park, NYBA Headquarters offers easy access to members traveling across the city and state. High-end conference technology including Shure Stem conference room system and Huddly Cameras make connecting virtually through Zoom or Teams a breeze.

Boardroom & Conference Rooms

Filled with natural light and views of the Empire State Building, the Michael P. Smith Boardroom (417 square feet) can seat 20 comfortably around a central table with room for an additional 12 around the perimeter.

For smaller meetings, Conference Room A (226 square feet) can seat 8 around a central table with room for an additional 4 seated around the perimeter.

Michael P. Smith Boardroom & Conference Room A combine (653 square feet) to seat 28 at the boardroom table with room for another 16 seated around the perimeter.

All NYBA boardrooms are outfitted with Shure Stem conference room system, Huddly Cameras, and are both Zoom and Teams ready.

Reception Space

Directly off the elevators, visitors are welcomed into NYBA’s bright entry area (320 square feet) with comfortable furnishings that can host 32 individuals for a reception.

NYBA’s main gathering area (380 square feet), positioned between the boardroom and training facilities, fills with light from large windows overlooking the outdoor terrace and can host up to 38.

Together, the Entry Area and Lounge and Gathering Area (700 square feet) offers bright and comfortable reception space for up to 70 individuals.

The Outdoor Terrace (1,400 square feet)wrapping around the exterior of NYBA Headquarters can accommodate 140 individuals for a reception with a stunning city backdrop of the Empire State Building, Grand Central, and views down Park Ave.

Members reserving space at NYBA Headquarters also have access to the kitchen buffet area and counter seating to prepare or serve food and beverage.

Training Facilities & Additional Workspaces

Set up classroom style, NYBA’s Training Room (430 square feet) seats 24 comfortably in desks. For larger groups, the Training Room can seat 32 in rounds or 43 for a reception.

Members reserving space at NYBA Headquarters also have access to a private office for work, one-to-one meetings, and to organize or store materials.

Guests are welcome to take advantage of the multiple workstations throughout the space, from individual standing desks to smaller table and chair groupings.
