Remi Group Equipment Maintenance Program
The Remi Group,
LLC, offers an equipment maintenance management program that replaces
original, high-priced equipment manufacturer and third party equipment
maintenance service agreements with reduced rate, flat fee maintenance
contracts. The Remi Group acts as an administrator and manager of a
consolidated maintenance program. As breakdowns, or the need for regular
maintenance occur, a vendor selected by the participating bank performs
the necessary services and bills the client for the work performed. The
Remi Group reviews the invoices and all related service reports and pays
each vendor directly for the covered work performed on covered
equipment. Participating banks will benefit from these Remi Program
features -- immediate savings of 10 to 22 percent; total vendor control
for the Bank; broader coverage than service contracts; 24/7 coverage;
toll free hotline with access to Remi engineers; real-time, online
reports on equipment status, and maintenance budgets with fixed annual
costs.
