NYBSCO operates the
Financial Services Workers Compensation
Safety Group. The
Safety Group is managed by The Treiber Group, a division of Arthur
J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. and the insurance
carrier is the New York State Insurance Fund
(NYSIF).
Along
with the attractive financial features, this Program provides

services include claims management for monitoring proper reserve
levels, efficiency in closure, subrogation when eligible, assistance
in completion of forms, review of experience rating and review of
the accounting and contingent balances of the Safety Group for
dividend declarations. The New York State Insurance Fund provides
direct billing to the members and members can request certificates
of insurance on-line as well as the reporting of claims. For
