AIB In-House Training Resources
AIB products are valuable resources for in-bank training.  The content is banking-specific and bank-tested and addresses the vital knowledge and skills that every banker needs in order to meet the expectations of today's sophisticated customers. 

The course packages below were developed using input from bank executives, line managers and human resources personnel.  All training materials clearly outline milestones and objectives, and all utilize interactive techniques to promote group discussion and activities to reinforce skills learned.  Best of all, the content is performance-based. It equips your staff with skills they'll use everyday, delivering improvements you'll notice immediately.

It's far less expensive than investing the time and money needed to design your own training program.  And, courses you teach in-house are able to qualify for AIB credit.   AIB textbooks for courses such as Principles of Banking, Consumer Lending, Trust Basics and more, are also available for in-bank training.

You can use these AIB titles according to your specific needs:
• Use each module as it arrives, complete with the Trainer's Guide and Participant's Handbooks
• License some or all of the modules; you can customize them to your bank's specific needs, including your policies and procedures - you can even put your bank's logo on the materials
• License some or all of the modules, and have the ABA customize them for you. You can even have ABA train your trainer or have ABA train your staff.

All of the titles listed below are also available as self-paced online courses through the ABA eLearning platform.  Many of the courses will help your employees complete the requirements for AIB diplomas and certficates.
