TRUST ADMINISTRATION
Course Description: This course provides an overview of trust administration for personal
trusts, and teaches students to use common trust terminology
appropriately. Students will learn trust basics, including terminology
and concepts and gain an understanding of why clients benefit from
trusts, as well as common types of personal trusts. The course also
covers account acceptance and termination, and discretionary
distributions.
