Course Description

This course introduces students to the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act.  Students will learn how they Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act works to suspend or postpone certain civil obligations so that military personnel can devote their full attention to their military duties.  Students will learn what the regulations are, when they are in effect, and who qualifies for the provisions contained in the Act..
