Course Description:  Deposit-Related Regulations for Consumer Lenders (Reg E and Reg D) course covers the provisions of Regulation E (Electronic Funds Transfer Act) relating to preauthorized transfers. Regulation D (Reserve Requirements) lists the Money Market deposit accounts and savings accounts and their restrictions on the type and number of transactions allowed per month including the May 20th, 2009 changes.
