COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT ACT (CRA)

Course Description:  The Community Reinvestment Act measures the way financial institutions are meeting the needs of everyone in their community of operations. While every employee may not be directly involved in tracking this information, it is helpful to understand why compliance with this Act is so important to the financial institution. This course will help participants go beyond just referring the questions to a specific individual to knowing why the information is so important to those asking for it.
