Course Description: Bank Protection Act teaches bankers how
the Bank Protection Act influences the procedures used to preserve evidence
of criminal behavior or suspected criminal behavior. This course
explains the devices/equipment that must be in place to assist law
enforcement officials in the apprehension of individuals who perpetrate
crimes against the financial institution. This course was reviewed
December 2010 and reflects all regulatory
requirements as of this date.
