AIB - PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Course Description:
This course provides participants with a proactive approach to
performance management. By focusing on setting clear expectations with
employees, specific performance feedback and objective performance
evaluation, this course will help resolve many common performance
problems.
Audience:
Any supervisor or manager who has responsibility for directing and
evaluating employee performance.

After completing this course, students will be able to:
