CAREER DEVELOPMENT

For many banks it is a challenge to identify the most appropriate training for individual employee career development. To help you with that process, we have begun to develop a series of career paths for various functional positions. These "paths" are designed to be flexible and should not be seen as prescribed curricula.  Rather, we are suggesting various ways to help your employees build the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their current roles and prepare for future growth opportunities.

In building these career paths, we have incorporated programming in a variety of delivery methods. What works best for one employee might not work for another.  These paths will be modified as we continue to evaluate new offerings.
