As private clients build their wealth and seek more sophisticated investment choices, it becomes more critical than ever to ensure your staff has a solid foundation in investment practices and an awareness of the latest in investment products.  The Investment Management School is designed to engage participants in a discussion of portfolio management techniques, the investment decision-making process, and current issues in asset management.  Students will benefit in many ways:

  • Deeper knowledge of fundamental investment concepts.

  • Insights into constructing portfolios to meet the needs of a diverse client base.

  • A fuller understanding of the principles and responsibilities of trust investing.

  • Increased confidence in selling investment management services and maintaining strong client relationships.

The school is designed for portfolio managers and assistants, relationship managers, trust administrators, and business development officers on the private clients side of the wealth management business.  Students typically have from one to five years of investment experience, and should have a basic understanding of investment terminology.
